it was eh, impersonal and guest services were incompetent but if you are looking for easy access to the observation.

location to shopping access to observation levels

concierge and tour services were unable to answer the most basic questions. Windows in guest rooms are covered in a film/screen obscuring the view.

Will be happy to stay there again.

Everything. Service, location, food, all.

Sometimes annoying crowds of non-guests visitors to the observation terrace. However it's just a recent problem. 10 years ago when there were 10 times less visitors from a certain Asian country that problem never existed. Also the windows in the room should be cleaned on a regular basis. They were absolutely perfect for enjoying the views, but a bit dirty for taking perfect pictures. But anyway, we had unlimited free access to the observation decks, so we were not upset at all.

The fact that l booked for three people booked a family...

The fact that l booked for three people booked a family room and on arrival had one bed and was expected to pay a further 250baht for my childs breakfast and a further 1000 baht to have her own bed l also asked for a cab to pick us up from the airport this wasn't arranged

On the whole we enjoyed our stay very much.

We enjoyed our stay very much , we booked a suite which was enormous with amazing views. We found the staff to be very helpful . The breakfast was great lots of choice due to so many nationalities visiting. The views were stunning having breakfast at the top of the building. Brilliant stay.

The spacious room, the view Its memorable and amazing breakfast. Also loved the 24 hours diner service. Don't hesitateand do iT !

The front of the hotel When you arrive looks like a shop and iT has only stakers! You don't know were is the entrance. Please make iT more royal, visible and beautiful cause Its worth! My taxi left me in front of the hotel instead of the entrance for cars and I had to Carry my heavy luggage on the stairs with a 4 old child who was too tired to walk. The man from the hotel who had the task to guide the cars Could help but he was just looking. Pitty .....please make a downhill for the customers arriving in the front of the hotel!

Amazing views of the city, free access to roof top as hotel guest. Excellent location in the city, close enough to walk places in the centre.

Lifts can be confusing at first, we eventually got used to it after a day or two.

Overall i enjoyed my stay at Baiyoke hotel a lot (: Would definitely recommend/still come and stay.

The staffs were really friendly and all smileys (: The room bathroom was really big and nice. I love the scenic view that Baiyoke has to offer as well!

The lifts were a bit slow at times. The bedroom was not as pretty as i expected. The breakfast was only mediocre, menu did not change much for 3 days. The glass windows at the breakfast floor is dirty as well.

Amazing view and breakfast

Amazing view, extremely comfortable beds, very nice room, excellent breakfast (a huge variety and very good quality). The bar is super nice to have a drink and the top of the hotel is an open observation point that rotates at some hours.

Pool was standard, small area to put chairs and there's shadow in most of the day. Also the super nice view is not enjoyable in the pool level due to high opaque walls.

Satisfactory but could have been better.

Excellent breakfast - amazing views from the rooftop bar/observatory

Room decor was not up to standard with a lack of light. Choice of colour for the decor was sub standard(although we were in a junior suite) - believe the rooms require a renovation.
